It’s taken me 4 years to write this review! 😂 This was probably one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I spoke to Mark before travelling from Birmingham to view a BMW 4 Series, and the communication was excellent throughout. When I arrived, I was given plenty of time to look around the car at my own pace with absolutely no pressure to buy. I then took it for a test drive and knew it was the one for me. The car was exactly as described in the advert. Four years later, I still own it and genuinely love driving it. I’ve kept up with all the servicing, and it has been completely faultless throughout my ownership. In fact, I’m reluctant to sell it because it has been such a great car! If you’re looking to buy a car from here, I can highly recommend them. You’ll receive great customer service, honest descriptions, and a well-maintained vehicle.

No sales pitch, totally hassle free purchase! Mark is lovely, fair price and great condition of all the cars he has for sale. I saw the car on line on the Monday, went and looked at it on the Wednesday and less than an hour later I was driving it away. Bish, bash bosh, job done 😊 After driving it for a couple of days I started to hear a "boing" sound. My sister already bought a car here, so we looked for my car here. Found something that ticked all the boxes, looks nice, has a great service history etc. Also, they could deliver the car to me at a convenient time, and do all the sales exchange online, which really was helpful. It was a little more money than I was planning to spend, but the trust and convenience is worth it. When they dropped the car off, they had already taxed it for the full year, which was such a cute bonus. They had lots of options for size and prices, would recommend.

We travelled from Southampton to Taunton and the journey was oh, so worth it. Mark, over the phone, had previously given a 'tentative' fair estimate for our 'part exchange' old car, which he honoured.
