It’s taken me 4 years to write this review! 😂 This was probably one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I spoke to Mark before travelling from Birmingham to view a BMW 4 Series, and the communication was excellent throughout. When I arrived, I was given plenty of time to look around the car at my own pace with absolutely no pressure to buy. I then took it for a test drive and knew it was the one for me. The car was exactly as described in the advert. Four years later, I still own it and genuinely love driving it. I’ve kept up with all the servicing, and it has been completely faultless throughout my ownership. In fact, I’m reluctant to sell it because it has been such a great car! If you’re looking to buy a car from here, I can highly recommend them. You’ll receive great customer service, honest descriptions, and a well-maintained vehicle.

No sales pitch, totally hassle free purchase! Mark is lovely, fair price and great condition of all the cars he has for sale. It was a little more money than I was planning to spend, but the trust and convenience is worth it.
